Praying to be a Healthy Weight is not going to help you achieve your goals.
If you are aiming for weight loss you have to create a calorie deficit, you must use more calories than you consume, either through diet or a combination of diet and exercise. BEWARE that you do not create too large a deficit as you strive towards your goals, this can cause your body to go into 'starvation mode', which will cause you lots of additional problems.
Quick Tip - Cutting down your food by 100 calories a day may not seem like much but it could lead to you losing 10 lbs in a year!!!
If you are trying to gain weight, through lean muscle mass increase, the same principles apply, only consume 15% more calories than you need each day (and train very hard), any more and you are likely to put on body fat.
